“EMDR Therapy has been an amazing addition to my therapeutic toolbox. I love the versatility of EMDR Therapy and how welcoming it is to other therapeutic models. After I left EMDR training I felt so overwhelmed by all of the information and didn’t even know where to start in integrating this new therapy into my practice with clients. Consultation was the key to my becoming knowledgeable and proficient in EMDR Therapy. My path led me to become an EMDR Certified Therapist, an EMDR Consultant (EMDRIA), and an EMDR trainer (EMDRIA).

Throughout my journey, I have been supported by the wisdom of EMDR consultants, learning with and support from EMDR trained peers (thank-you to the EMDR Manitoba peer group!!!), supported by a welcoming EMDR community (EMDR Canada, EMDRIA, and talking with other therapists & trainers) and continuing professional development.

All of these experiences led me to develop a consultation program with support in mind for EMDR trained therapists who want to become EMDR Certified Therapists and take their skills to the next level. As you embark on your EMDR journey, our team would be honoured to accompany and support you.”
